Celebration Cakes
Our Baker’s Choice Celebration Cakes are designed for those last-minute celebrations or thoughtful gifting moments. These cakes are offered as a “come as is” product and are available in limited quantities.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
•This is a Baker’s Choice design, meaning the overall style, decorative elements, and layout are left entirely to the discretion of Mimi’s Sweet Company.
•Customers may select 1–2 preferred colors at checkout. All other design aspects will be determined by the baker based on available materials and creative direction.
•No customizations beyond color will be accepted.
•These cakes are mini-sized and intended for small or personal celebrations.
•Each cake is unique and may vary in design, texture, or embellishments.
Due to the custom, perishable nature of these items, all sales are final. No changes, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted once the order is confirmed.
No Refunds
The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Goods unconditionally unless a claim that the Good(s) are defective is made at the time of delivery. All delays and or cancelations due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances that result in delay, cancellation, or loss of product (power outage, earthquake, fire, car accident, Covid (illness), etc.) are not the responsibility of Mimi's Sweet Company. Additionally due to the nature of our produces we do not offer refunds.
Allergies
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, soy or other known allergens such as food dyes/colors. As our products are made in a home kitchen that handles all the main allergens of dairy, tree nuts, wheat, gluten, peanuts, soy, milk, shellfish, and fish. You agree to notify any and all guests of the risk and relinquish Mimi’s Sweet Company LLC. of all liability as we have notified you, the client, of all ingredients based on your specific order.
Delivery/Pick Up
Mimi's Sweet Company LLC will make avaliable the described goods to the Customer on or by the expected delivery date. Mimi's Sweet Company LLC is not responsible for delays and or cancelation due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances that result in delay or loss of product (power outage, earthquake, fire, car accident etc.). Mimi's Sweet Company LLC will notify the Customer of any delays that may affect the expected delivery date. ITEMS SELECTED FOR PICK WILL BE READY IN APROXAMETLY 2-3 BUISNESS DAYS.
Agreement for Sale and Purchase
According to the terms and conditions of this agreement, Mimi's Sweet Company LLC agrees to deliver the described goods to the Customer, and the Customer agrees to pay for and accept these goods. I acknowledge that I, the client, agree the above summary of my order is intact, complete, and accurately describes the order that is being requested of Mimi’s Sweet Company LLC. Mimi’s Sweet Company LLC makes every effort to provide exactly the flavor, filling, decoration, size, color, shape, and design discussed during consultations, creating cake is an art form and may be subject to variations
